ฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย และทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลาง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระมัดระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักที่จะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย และขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile the low-pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin and the central of South China Sea. More rain and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the Northeast, the East and the South regions. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are moderated. The wave are 1-2 meters high, 1–2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the Northeast, the East and the South regions should beware of severe conditions. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
