Atlanta, Decatur, Forest Park, Avondale Estates, Lithonia, Pine Lake, Belvedere Park, Candler-Mcafee, Druid Hills, North Decatur, North Druid Hills, Rex, Belmont, Arabia Mountain, Hidden Valley Park, Conley, East Lake, Little Five Points, Snapfinger, and Ellenwood. People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. Electrical appliances should not be used unless in an emergency.
