The rain has ended, but the water will be slow to recede overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sikeston, Dexter, Scott City, Chaffee, Bernie, Bloomfield, Advance, Oran, Miner, Benton, Morehouse, Puxico, Morley, Kelso, Essex, Bell City, Fisk, Dudley, Hay-Wood City and Cape Girardeau Airport. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
