DAMAGING WINDS averaging 65 to 70 km/h with peak gusts of around 100 km/h are likely over coastal areas between Esperance and Israelite Bay. DAMAGING WIND GUSTS are also possible further inland later on this morning. HEAVY RAINFALL which may lead to FLASH FLOODING is likely for coastal and inland parts of the South East Coastal district. Six-hour rainfall totals between 30 and 45 mm are possible with localised falls up to 55 mm. Winds and rainfall are forecast to ease by mid afternoon on Wednesday. They are dangerous and should always be treated as live. * Assess your home, car and property for damage. * If damage has occurred take photos and contact your insurance company to organise permanent repairs. * If your home or property has significant damage, like a badly damaged roof or flooding, call the SES on 132 500. Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, very heavy showers and southwesterly winds are expected during Wednesday. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the South East Coastal forecast district. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
