Hoiatused, Ban Nong Sa

พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณภาคกลาง และอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคกลาง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วม ฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย  สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูง 1–2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร สำหรับอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร ห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูง 1–2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง สำหรับเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 24–26 พ.ค. 67  อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณอ่าวเบงกอลตอนกลางมีแนวโน้มจะทวีกำลังแรงขึ้นเป็นพายุไซโคลนในระยะต่อไป คาดว่า พายุนี้จะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณประเทศบังคลาเทศ ในช่วงวันที่ 26–27 พ.ค. 67

Heavy rain areas The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is rather strong while the low-pressure cell covers central and the Tonkin Bay. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country with very heavy rain in some places of the North and the Central. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows especially, along waterways and lowlands, and take more caution in thundershowers. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while 1–2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Gulf, the waves have about 1 meter high 1-2 meters high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore during 24-26 May. In addition, tropical depression over the middle Bay of Bengal is expected to intensify to tropical cyclone for the next phase. This storm is likely to make landfall over Bangladesh during 26-27 May.
