For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 10 PM MDT Sunday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Extreme fire danger is expected.
