Waterman Creek near Sutherland affecting O'Brien County. * WHAT...Major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Sioux River near Correctionville. * WHEN...From late Sunday night until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 23.8 feet, major agricultural flooding on the east side of the river begins, and water will spread 1/4 mile east and affect highway L27. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 17.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall slightly to 17.0 feet by early Sunday afternoon. It will then rise above flood stage by early Monday morning and continue rising to 24.4 feet by early Tuesday morning.
