In Wisconsin, Adams, Crawford, Grant, Juneau, Richland and Vernon Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of moderate to heavy rain is forecast for this afternoon. South Central Vernon County in southwestern Wisconsin... * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 622 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing pockets of flash flooding with debris in the roads and creeks out of their banks. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, mudslides in steep terrain, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low- lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
