High temperatures reaching the mid 90s to near 100 degrees. This will lead to heat index values of 105 degrees or greater each day. Little relief overnight with low temperatures each night in the low to mid 70s. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
