Clinton around 950 PM CDT. Goshen Springs around 955 PM CDT. Pisgah around 1000 PM CDT. Fannin around 1005 PM CDT. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
