Water also approaches the village of Arkoe. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 19.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon to 8.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will rise to 9.0 feet Tuesday morning.
