Outer waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ from 20 to 40 nm... * Until 530 PM EDT. * At 326 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 9 nm west of Belmar to 18 nm northwest of Pine Beach, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
