Flood Watch issued June 11 at 10:33AM MDT until June 13 at 12:00PM MDT by NWS Cheyenne WY Warm temperatures are melting snowpack and increasing river flows. * WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of the North Snowy Range Foothills near the town of Elk Mountain. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Warm temperatures are causing rapid snowmelt from an abundant snowpack in the Snowy Range.
