This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in a short period of time and the storms are tracking south- southeast. - Minor street flooding and heavy field flooding was occurring in the Waupun area around 6:45 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
